Hi, I’m Elia, founder of Aligned Learning.
I’m a certified special education and secondary teacher with a Master of Education in Teaching from the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa. My experience spans international classrooms, multilingual education, and supporting students with diverse learning needs.
I created Aligned Learning to help families understand their child’s learning needs and feel more confident about what to do next. Whether you’re trying to make sense of an IEP, navigate school concerns, or support learning at home, I offer practical guidance grounded in your child’s strengths and your family’s daily life.
As an educator and a mother, I value support that is personal, respectful, and realistic. My goal is for you to leave our work together feeling heard, informed, and equipped with clear next steps.
